Have you ever thought about the relationship between artificial intelligence (AI) and art?
In this article I will write about my current thoughts on the subject.
AI and LLM (e.g. ChatGPT) are now basically fulfilling human desires and goals,
In other words, they are used to achieve results within the scope of human cognition.
Art, on the other hand, is an entity that focuses on the "unrecognisable world of humans" and often has its core in areas "outside of human cognition".
Many people try to create what they think is 'good', but this attitude is not universal.
This alone can limit the scope of human artistic expression by leaving out important things.
Let me explain what this means, using film as an example.
I didn't understand the meaning of the film the first time I saw it.
But often, when I saw it decades later, I understood it,
This is not limited to individuals,
This is not limited to individuals, but can and has happened to humanity as a whole.
Art often comes from an intuition that transcends intention.
Although the results may not have an immediate and definite value, these intuitive

When this sense of "I don't know what it means, but I made it" is incorporated into AI art, a new value can be born.

Picasso's daring to go further and further out of the mainstream even after becoming a popular artist, and so on.
Basically, art is born out of "frayed edges".
Nowadays, the main focus is on how to control it within the framework of people's consciousness.
What happens when AI and LLM (e.g. ChatGPT) are plugged into these fissures to create things?
We want to try it out.
Not how much you can consciously control AI and other things, but how much you can control AI and other things,
I want to use it in terms of how much I can take myself to places I can't imagine.
This feral feeling, this use of AI that deviates from the order of human cognition,
I think a lot of people actually want art to be what it is.
